Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Stampr. By signing up, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Stampr.
The service
Stampr is a digital stamp card platform. Shop owners can issue branded loyalty passes that live in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, log stamps from a counter device, and notify customers. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are operated by Apple and Google. Their availability, behaviour, and terms are outside our control.
Who can sign up
You must be at least 18 years old and represent a legitimate business. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.
Pricing and invoicing
Stampr costs €25 per month per shop, plus applicable VAT. New accounts include a 21-day free trial; no charge is made until the trial ends, and if you cancel during the trial you pay nothing. The trial is available once per account. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid, and we do not refund the remaining days. We issue an invoice for each billing period. Customers established in Spain are charged 21% Spanish VAT (IVA). For business customers established in another EU Member State who provide a valid VAT number registered in VIES, we apply the reverse-charge rule under Article 44 of the VAT Directive and issue the invoice without VAT. Stampr is sold to businesses and self-employed professionals only; the 14-day right of withdrawal granted to consumers by Spanish and EU law does not apply.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Stampr to deceive customers about rewards, terms, or your identity.
- Use Stampr for businesses that violate Apple or Google Wallet policies.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attack the service.
- Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.
Your content
You keep all rights to the logos, copy, and branding you upload. You grant us a limited licence to use that content to render your passes and run your account.
Data protection
For personal data we process on your behalf, we act as a processor. See our Privacy Policy. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but do not commit to a specific service level in this plan. Scheduled maintenance and rare outages may happen. We are not liable for losses caused by third party outages, including Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, or your internet connection.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost goodwill.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably suspect is being used for fraud. On termination, we retain only the data we are required to keep by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. The courts of the city of Barcelona (Spain) have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protection law gives you a different right.
